At Myiris Photo, each artwork is custom-made and uniquely created based on your individual iris image. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Email us at [your email address] with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A brief description

We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund in such cases.

Change of Mind

As all our products are custom-made and personal, change of mind returns are not accepted.

Jewellery & Other Custom Items

All jewellery items created using your iris image are also non-refundable unless damaged or faulty on arrival. Please inspect your items upon receipt and notify us promptly of any concerns.
